尝试过最小系统启动，放电重置cmos都没有用，仍然卡这里，
故障发生前除了从dell官方下载安装驱动及固件没有其他操作，第一次重启卡了40分钟后手动重启了主机，
这个设备应该是卡在initializing intel（R） boot agent ge v1.585 pxe 2.1 build 092 （vfm2.0） 这一步前一点

0x58 preparing to boot 表示服务器正在准备启动。如果除了这个，没有其它报错的话，自检应该是什么问题的。
另外，我在英文论坛上找到一个和您这个问题比较相似的问题。您可以试试看他的解决方法。拔掉全部所有电源，等待一段时间后，再重新上电，然后开机看看。如果还不行，没什么办法了。考虑更换主板吧。

@DELL-Leo 我感觉是网卡驱动的问题，出这个问题之前我装了Network_Firmware_H9RJP_WN64_02.42.50.58网卡驱动2016.EXE ，感觉是装错了，今天我试着装正确的驱动 Network_Firmware_3XJH0_WN64_18.5.18_A00_01.EXE，怎么也装不上去，
提示设备被锁定了，可能这就导致post初始化网络接口时卡住

您好，根据您描述，您更新的是网卡的固件，LOM的网卡，集成在主板的，目前固件无法重新安装，那就没有其他办法了
或者将主板的CMOS电池移除，重置下BIOS看看。

我找到进bios的方法了， 只是进去后必须禁用网卡才能进系统，
但是禁用了网卡，system inventory 里面就没有这个设备和固件，也就没法上传对应的固件进行更新，这如何处理才好 直接从操作系统里面安装也报错
